Ice Machine Leasing
Our leasing program involves an all-inclusive monthly cost that covers service calls and biannual preventative maintenance. The good news? Our leasing fees start as low as $100 per month! We lease brand new and refurbished machines – whatever your business cost and ice needs may be, we can implement the best solution!
Reliable Service
- Same day service on service calls
- Never be without ice! If your machine cannot be repaired in a timely fashion, we will bring the ice to you!
- Machine replacement and upgrades for old machines at no additional cost to you! If Wagner Mechanical Leasing cannot repair your leased machine, we will upgrade for you for free! It’s that simple!

How It Works
Our Service Rates
- Service call rates are $95.00 hourly with a $55.00 truck charge. Overtime rates apply after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Truck charges are only charged on initial service call. If initial service call requires a return visit with parts, the truck charge is waived on return visit.
Preventative Maintenance Program
- Our Preventative Maintenance Program is an overall checkup of all systems (refrigeration and/or HVAC). It involves detection of any irregularities diagnosed in equipment performance and includes belts, filter changes and refrigeration top offs as needed. Preventative maintenance for refrigeration equipment, HVAC equipment, or both is based on a “per piece of equipment” price scale.
